Andrew is a 2L at Penn and is excited to serve the 2016-17 LALSA as its Treasurer. He majored in history and political science at the University of Michigan during some of its worst football seasons of all time and is tickled to watch Jim Harbaugh turn the team back into the universally-feared powerhouse that it was during Andrew's childhood. He has been working with the Latino community since high school, as a volunteer citizenship application counselor, youth mentor, immigration legal intern, Spanish interpreter, and 2016 summer law clerk at a migrant rights organization in Mexico. He also studied abroad in Santiago, Chile, and returned to Chile during his second year after graduating college. He hopes his Latin dance skills will turn heads one day and enjoys listening to NPR podcasts while cooking.
